Why European matters
US laws such as the CLOUD Act and FISA Section 702 allow American authorities to access data held by US cloud providers, wherever the servers stand. For a voice agent at a bank, an insurer or a clinic, that is not an abstract risk.
Our Sovereign Cloud keeps that question from arising. For customers in the EU and EEA, hosting is done by EU companies only. AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure are not engaged under the Sovereign Cloud agreement at all, so no US CLOUD Act order can reach the providers that process your audio, text or voice references.
How we handle your data

Zero data retention for content
Text, audio, prompts and transcripts are processed in memory and deleted after the request completes. Account data, technical metadata and billing records are kept as the law and the DPA require. Voice references follow separate rules.
No training on your content
Your requests are never used to train our models.

Self-declared under the GDPR, evidenced by our data processing agreement, the subprocessor register and the published control descriptions.
Professional secrecy
Enterprise contracts can include a custom DPA and terms for professional secrecy holders under ยง 203 StGB.
